Lott Middle School students had a wonderful time celebrating National Library Week and National Poetry Month this week! 📚✨
Students who visited the library to check out a book were treated to a refreshing glass of lemonade while getting creative with blackout poetry. It was a fun way to combine reading, writing, and a little bit of sweetness! Submissions to the library black out poetry contest can be turned in through April 30th.
We love seeing our students explore their creativity and enjoy the library in new ways. 💛 #NationalLibraryWeek #NationalPoetryMonth
