Students are expected to wear their Student ID Badge every day. Students who do not have their badge after 3 occurrences will be assigned to the Reflect & Restore Center (formerly Retract).
📚 ASSIGNMENTS & ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITY
Students are expected to complete all assignments in class. Students with incomplete or missing work are encouraged to complete the assignments at home.
If a student does not turn in an assignment, they will have one final opportunity to complete the work and will be assigned to the Reflect & Restore Center on Mondays during PE to receive academic support from Mrs. Shepard.
📅 ATTENDANCE MATTERS!
It is extremely important for students to attend school every day so they do not fall behind academically.
Students who accumulate more than 17 days of absences during the school year may be referred to Truancy Court, in accordance with attendance requirements. Excessive absenteeism can also negatively impact our school report card.
📈 ADDITIONAL ACADEMIC SUPPORT
Students who did not demonstrate proficiency on the ACAP assessment or i-Ready Diagnostic may be assigned additional tutoring sessions during the school day.
