My name is Johnathan Welch. I just recently moved to Citronelle after being hired here. My fiancée and I both live here. She teaches 6th grade at North Mobile County. We have 3 dogs in total. We have two Boxer bulldogs. We have a male named Chip and a female named Harper. I also have a Pointer and Lab mixed. He is a male named Copper. My fiancée and I are both from Monroeville, Alabama. We attended Excel High School in Excel, Alabama. I received an Associate’s degree from Alabama Southern Community College while serving as the baseball manager for two years. My fiancée and I both graduated from Troy University in 2019.
I enjoy watching college football, but I mostly love Alabama and Troy. We like to do anything that is outside. We enjoy going swimming, building a new project or just spending time sitting on the porch. We always try and find new ways to spend our time especially with the “new normal” that 2020 has brought us. I hope that each and every one of you has a great school year. Take Care and Be Safe! But, most importantly Go Wildcats!
